Lead Java Developer

As an experienced Java developer with expertise in Spring Boot, MVC, and REST APIs, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-performance solutions. Your responsibilities will include building scalable microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful architecture, enforcing best practices in code quality, testing, and software development life cycle. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality. Debugging and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, as well as taking ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and technical decisions, will be essential parts of your role.
