Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java-based applications.
• Lead the design efforts for complex software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of robust, efficient, and secure code.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve software development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Workflow systems and Telecom BSS domain is a plus.
