Lead Java Developer

Role Overview: Developer Enablement is a function of the CTO organization with a mission to facilitate software engineering teams in delivering innovative product solutions efficiently. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building high-profile products and collaborating with a talented group of peers. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing software applications, ensuring timely delivery within budget, setting high standards for software quality and user experiences, staying updated on latest technology trends, ensuring compliance with security processes, and driving cultural change towards a codified controls mindset. You will work with a diverse tech stack including Java/Kotlin, Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Mongo, and Generative AI technologies.
