Developer Enablement is a function of the CTO organization with a mission to facilitate software engineering teams in transforming business ideas into innovative product solutions. The main goals include improving tools, streamlining processes, automating controls, and assisting development teams in adopting modern working methods. The Codified Controls team within Developer Enablement is leading the company-wide "everything-as-code" initiative by developing automated controls and supporting infrastructure. The team prioritizes user needs and iterative development through close collaboration, seeking engineers with experience in product-oriented environments and empathizing with users. As a GenAI Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in building high-impact products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing your skillset. The role involves participating in all stages of product development, working extensively with Generative AI technologies like GPT-4 and Gemini, and integrating them into systems through advanced prompt engineering and API integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications leveraging Large Language Models and AI capabilities. Collaboration with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant software delivery, setting high standards for software quality and user experiences, and staying updated with software development trends and AI/ML technologies are key responsibilities. The role also entails ensuring software platforms comply with security and Software Development Life Cycle processes, driving adoption of everything-as-code and codified controls mindset across teams, and fostering cultural change towards continuous improvement. Additionally, you will integrate and optimize Large Language Model capabilities in production applications, develop prompt engineering strategies, and automate AI workflows. Preferred qualifications include previous work with LLM providers, integrating AI/ML models or APIs into production applications, familiarity with Large Language Model APIs, prompt engineering, AI workflow design, AI safety practices, model performance optimization, vector databases, semantic search technologies, AI governance, compliance frameworks, and natural language processing or machine learning background.,
