Lead Java Developer

As a Lead Java Developer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that meet client needs and transform their business to succeed in today's competitive marketplace. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing leadership in full systems life cycle management, ensuring timely delivery within budget - Directing component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives - Leading project activities and integrations, guiding teams and ensuring effective communication and objective achievement - Providing knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance - Leading junior team members with project-related activities and tasks, guiding department and project teams, and facilitating collaboration with stakeholders Key Responsibilities: - Lead IS Projects and delegate work assignments - Lead System Analysis and Design to translate business requirements into technical design - Lead Design and Development of Applications, identifying areas for process improvements - Develop and Ensure Creation of Application Documentation - Define and Produce Integration Builds, verify integration test specifications - Monitor Emerging Technology Trends - Lead Maintenance and Support, drive problem resolution and process improvements - Lead other Team Members, provide input to people processes - Must have experience with GCP and Big Query - Should have experience in Power BI, Microservice Architecture, SQL Server, DB2, Spring Boot, JSON, Java, C#, AMQP, AzureAD, HTTP, and readme documentation Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience with Java, including building complex, scalable applications - 6+ years of experience in Spring Boot, including designing and implementing advanced microservices architectures - 4+ years of GCP and Big Query experience Ideal Mindset: - Lifelong Learner - Team Player - Communicator About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
