Job Description

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and AWS, along with leadership skills to guide teams toward successful project delivery.

Experience: 6 to 12 years
Job Type: Full-Time Employment

What You'll Do

Lead the development of scalable Java-based applications.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Manage code repositories and enforce best practices in version control.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Expertise You'll Bring

612 years of experience in Java development.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
