Lead Java Developer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and AWS, along with leadership skills to guide teams toward successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of scalable Java-based applications.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage code repositories and enforce best practices in version control.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 12 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
