Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.
• Architect and implement real-time data streaming solutions using

  Apache Kafka

  or similar tools (e.g., Pulsar, RabbitMQ, Kinesis).
• Develop and maintain

  microservices-based architectures

  using Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and data consistency across distributed systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development

  (Java 8 or above).
• Strong expertise in

  Core Java, Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections

  , and JVM internals.
• Hands-on experience with

  Apache Kafka

  or other data streaming/messaging platforms.
• Strong experience with

  Spring Framework

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in designing and building

  microservices

  and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with

• Solid understanding of system design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
