You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business objectives .Strong analytical skills are essential to identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities. The role involves facilitating meetings, preparing user stories, and supporting testing efforts. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. A good understanding of data models and process flows is expected. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities is crucial. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and apply best practices in business analysis. Prior experience in Agile environments will be an added advantage.
