Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with a strong educational background and relevant experience in financial services or related fields. Confidence in engaging with bank officials and key decision-makers is essential. Knowledge of regional languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, or Telugu will be considered a significant advantage, enabling better communication and relationship building in Tier 3 and 4 markets. Responsibilities

- Analyze inquiry vs. loan origination to identify upsell opportunities.
- Benchmark CIBIL usage vs. competitors to drive product preference.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Recommend tailored pricing/subscription packs based on usage potential.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, query resolution, and client servicing.
- Drive bureau product adoption in Tier 3 & 4 cities.
- Leverage deep product knowledge to support bulk selling.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client interaction records.
- Share weekly updates on wins, challenges, and opportunities.
- Achieve 100%+ monthly collections from assigned members.
- Address service queries via calls/emails promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
