Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst in BFSI or risk/compliance domains.
Domain Expertise:
Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, or Compliance.
Preferred Tools:
OpenPages or similar GRC platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of regulatory workflows, risk scoring, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Good to Have:

Exposure to applications like OpenPages for risk management.
Knowledge of AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and data lineage documentation.
Certifications in Agile Business Analysis or Product Ownership.
