Business Analyst

This is a role based in Nagpur, offering the opportunity to collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our project teams, learning to work with life sciences data to support commercial and sales strategies. Guided by experienced mentors, you’ll explore various data sources and tools, helping uncover insights that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. This entry-level role is designed to build your foundation in data analytics and sales force effectiveness.

• Analyze life sciences data (like sales, physician, and patient data) to support projects on commercial data analytics, sales force effectiveness and business intelligence
• Gain technical expertise on tools like SQL, Python, and Excel-VBA
• Create and present visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel to communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and domain experts, to understand project goals and contribute to solutions
• Participate in team meetings, assist in preparing deliverables, and document processes to ensure smooth project delivery
• Share fresh ideas and perspectives to contribute to internal learning initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• 0-2 years of experience

  – We are looking for fresh graduates or early-career individuals with a strong interest in data analytics and the life sciences industry.

• Educational Background

  : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA, MSc, Pharmacy, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
