Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools/methods to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and employment terms with selected candidates. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases.
