It will be any shift between the 12-hour window. This is an RTO deal so 100% work from office. Provide high quality Tier 1 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction. Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Strive and achieve SLA target and business outcome indicators defined by the client Preferred candidate profile Experience minimum 1+years with related field 10+2 Passed Out can also apply for this role. Should be comfortable with Rotational (Night shift) Should have all the Educational as well as PF/Form16 Documents (Mandatory) Freshers Do Not Apply
