Job Title: Business Development Specialist US Staffing Location: Noida (Hybrid) Experience: Minimum 1 year Job Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in US sales (from any industry) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and collaborating with recruitment teams to meet staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing market Acquire and manage relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their staffing requirements Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in US sales involving cold calling and lead generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Work Model: Hybrid (2 weeks onsite, 2 weeks work-from-home) Based in Noida Night shift position Perks & Benefits: Two-way cab facility (pick-up and drop) Competitive salary Lucrative incentives Regular rewards and recognition programs
