WE ARE HIRING!!! Hiring for a UK-based MNC client for a Permanent & Full-time role. Important Notes- 5 Days Work From Office Candidates should be in Bangalore currently Shift Timings- UK Shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) Cab Facility Role & responsibilities It's a completely non-voice role. Recording customer information accurately Establish a good working relationship with the Sales/Operations team in processing customer sales orders and ensure effective communication. Providing efficient and accurate administration support to the Sales and operations team(such as inputting engineer timesheet information on a weekly basis and processing engineer expenses) Supporting the sales teams with any updates to sales orders. Proactive management of open work orders service and callouts Ensure that all necessary information is accurately recorded in the relevant systems Communicating with various departments, including Sales and Assessors Proactive management of open work order, servic,e and callouts Ensure own email inboxes and the team's shared inbox are managed effectively Ensure portals are updated and responded to within the agreed SLA Work to KPI's and SLA's. Dispute resolution, price, and contract queries. Preferred candidate profile Need candidates with excellent communication skills
