Instructional Designer

Job Title: Instructional Designer & Trainer We are seeking a dynamic professional to take on a dual role as an Instructional Designer (60%) and Trainer (40%) within our organization. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry to design engaging learning experiences and deliver impactful training programs. This role requires a strong focus on creating innovative, learner-centric training materials while also facilitating sessions that drive skill enhancement and professional growth. Instructional Designer Content Development: Design and develop dynamic, interactive, engaging, and visually appealing learning materials (e-learning modules, job aids, videos, and presentations). Tailor training content to address the specific needs of recruiters, account managers, and staffing professionals. Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content writing creation and deployment. Integrate AI tools and gamification to enhance learner engagement. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback. Continuously improve materials based on learner performance and organizational goals. Use AI tools and gamification to enhance engagement. Revamp existing materials to align with modern industry practices Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Gamma, Beautiful AI, Canva, Tome etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Why Join Us?
