Translate analysis into insights and recommendations for digital campaign optimizations and strategic decisions. What You’ll Need to Be Successful 3–5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, digital marketing, or marketing operations role. Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and metrics: website visitors, leads, form fills, inquiries, AQLs, MQLs, and opportunities. Proficiency with Power BI for building user-friendly dashboards and marketing performance reports. Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced), including experience with joins, filters, and aggregations across large datasets. Experience managing audience or conversion data uploads into ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager). Familiarity with tag management systems , especially Adobe Launch , to deploy or troubleshoot marketing pixels and tags. Ability to reconcile and clean data across marketing systems and deliver actionable business insights. Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, ops, and digital teams.
