Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Creation (Primary)

  • Define ideal personas across

    BFSI, Fintech, and e-commerce

    – including CXOs, Directors, Product, Ops, Legal/Procurement, and Risk/Compliance leaders.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , partner ecosystems, and market research.
  • Craft

    personalized multi-channel outreach sequences

    (email, LinkedIn, calls) tailored by industry, department, and pain point.
  • Write

    high-converting outbound content

    — subject lines, first lines, value propositions, micro-case references, and CTAs — and continuously A/B test for improvement.
  • Execute

    daily cold-calling

    , leverage researched hooks, handle objections, and schedule demos with qualified prospects.

2. Business Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Own the complete

    sales funnel

    — from discovery to solution fit, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve or exceed

    quarterly and annual revenue targets

    .
  • Drive

    upsell, cross-sell, and renewals

    within existing enterprise accounts.

3. Enterprise Account Management

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for strategic enterprise clients.
  • Conduct

    Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

    , map decision-makers and influencers, and identify expansion opportunities.

4. CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain

    clean and accurate CRM data

    , ensuring proper stage tracking, notes, and next steps.
  • Deliver

    accurate forecasts and performance reports

    on outreach, conversion, and revenue metrics.


Qualifications & Skills (Must-Have)

  • 2+ years

    of experience in

    B2B Business Development / Enterprise Sales

    with a focus on outbound lead generation.
  • Proven ability to book

    meetings/month

    and maintain

    meeting-to-demo conversion rates

    .
  • Hands-on

    cold calling

    and

    demo scheduling

    experience.
  • Excellent communication — skilled at writing tailored outreach content and conducting confident discovery calls with CXO/Director-level stakeholders.
  • Strong command of

    CRM platforms

    (HubSpot, Salesforce) and

    prospecting tools

    (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Analytical,

    metrics-driven

    , and obsessed with improving targeting, copy, cadence, and channel performance.
  • Demonstrated

    resilience, curiosity, and experimentation mindset

    — always finding alternative paths to success.


Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to

    BFSI/Fintech/RegTech

    buyers and familiarity with their procurement/security processes.
  • Understanding of

    KYC, KYB, AML, eSign, eStamp,

    or

    digital identity verification

    concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with

    System Integrators (SIs), OEMs,

    or

    marketplaces

    for co-selling and partnerships.
