Role Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and detail oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals with strong accounting knowledge and hands on experience in reconciliation, invoicing, compliance, and financial data management. You’ll work closely with the leadership and finance teams to support strategic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices, debit/credit notes, and manage vendor payments.
• Manage day to day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledgers, and adjustments.
• Operate and maintain financial records using Tally ERP and other accounting tools like Zoho Books.
• Analyze financial data and create management reports in MS Excel with advanced formulas.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including TDS, GST, and other tax filings.
• Handle Credit Notes issuance and reconciliation of vendor/customer accounts.
• Assist in the month end and yearend closing processes, audits, and financial reporting.

Requirement:

• Education: CA Inter / CMA Intermediate / or similar finance specialization.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit firms.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions).
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP and familiarity with accounting software.
• Knowledge of: Indian taxation laws (TDS, GST) and basic statutory compliance.
• Accounting standards and reconciliation processes.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
