Job Description

Hiring

Finance Associates

to support day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of production budgets, ensuring all cost elements are accounted for.
  • Track actual production costs against budgets, providing variance analysis and regular updates.
  • Prepare cost report budget comparisons and top sheets for approvals.
  • Map cost reports to Chart of Accounts and update relevant information in tools.
  • Onboard production partners to reporting standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Review cash flow requirements and process invoices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and track production payments and cost reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot financial issues and resolve discrepancies during production.
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with internal policies and industry best practices.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Proficient in Excel and financial software
