Job Description

Hiring

Data Analysts

to analyze requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure smooth communication between the teams.

Salary

: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and manage data from diverse internal and external sources.
Analyze large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and other analytical tools to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through in-depth data exploration and analysis.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Eligibility

Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in data management / reporting tools and technologies such as POWER BI
Experience with business applications including Excel and PowerPoint
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Self-motivated with a strong focus on service and ability to liaise with many groups across the company
Excellent online research skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
