Data Analyst Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You will work on SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze data, build pipelines, and create reports that help drive business decisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Write SQL queries and use Python for data wrangling, reporting, and automation.
• Build reports/dashboards in Quicksight/Tableau.
• Support development of data pipelines/ETL processes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Present findings clearly to technical & non-technical teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Knowledge of data pipelines/ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git, data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift), and basic statistics (nice to have).
