Operations Lead

Role Overview: As the Operations Lead at Lysto, your primary responsibility will be to drive the execution and delivery of playtesting and player insights initiatives. You will manage projects end-to-end, including planning, recruitment, delivery, and reporting. Collaborating closely with the Player Recruitment & Growth Specialist and the Head of User Research is essential to ensure seamless integration of functions and the delivery of high-quality insights to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the execution and delivery of playtesting and research projects, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes. - Manage project lifecycles from scoping to reporting, ensuring smooth execution. - Work with the Player Recruitment & Growth Specialist to maintain a steady pipeline of players across demographics, platforms, and genres. - Collaborate with the Head of User Research to translate research goals into actionable project plans. - Act as a bridge between client needs and internal delivery, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every step. - Support pre-sales conversations by outlining delivery approaches, timelines, and operational capabilities. - Maintain strong client relationships and provide project execution and delivery updates. - Build and optimize operational workflows to scale playtesting delivery across global clients. - Lead and mentor team members involved in project operations, fostering growth and excellence. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in game playtesting operations, project management, or related fields. - Strong understanding of player behavior, user psychology, and game development. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and deadlines. - Experience with qualitative and quantitative research outputs in collaboration with researchers. - Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, product teams, and stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. - Bonus: Prior experience in playtesting recruitment, thought leadership in gaming, or presenting at industry events.,
