About Us:

The Wishing Factory is an 80G and ISO 9001:2015 certified not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of young, underprivileged Thalassemia Warriors across India. Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare facilities and psychosocial support to individuals living with Thalassemia while advancing our vision of a Thalassemia-free India through awareness and advocacy. Since our inception in 2015, we have expanded operations to 10 cities, positively impacting over 12,200 patients through initiatives in Healthcare, Experiences, Education, and Patient Welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership & CSR Development: Build a robust network of corporates, institutions, PSUs, HNIs, and MNCs to strengthen CSR collaborations that support the healthcare, skill development, and economic empowerment of Thalassemia warriors.
• Fundraising Initiatives: Lead efforts to generate funds through CSR proposals, outreach to corporates, institutions, individual donors, and crowdfunding platforms, understanding, absorbing, and creating compelling and customized proposals that align with donor interests and TWF’s mission.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage fund deployment, ensure timely follow-ups on proposals, and maintain transparent communication throughout.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain efficient documentation and reporting systems, including proficiency in Excel, to track progress, measure impact, and ensure accountability across programs and partnerships.
• Image Leveraging: Explore and implement strategies to enhance TWF’s visibility and reputation, drawing from our successful projects and impactful campaigns.
• Operational Support: Assist in expanding TWF’s activities, including setting up new centers and building community networks across various cities to reach more patients and partners.
• Adaptability: Take initiative and demonstrate flexibility by performing additional duties as needed to maintain operational efficiency and support organizational growth. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in any field, with a passion to work for the social service sector.
• 1-2 years of experience in the social service sector.
• Someone based out of Mumbai, willing to work from the office.
