About Us:

The Wishing Factory is an ISO certified (ISO 9001:2015) not-for-profit

organization dedicated to enriching the lives of underprivileged Thalassemia

warriors in India. Since our inception in 2015, we have expanded to eight

cities, focusing on delivering meaningful life experiences to children affected

by Thalassemia, providing scholarships and financial support for education,

and operating Thalassemia Wellness Centres that offer essential medicines,

blood filters, and medical equipment to financially deprived families. We also

conduct awareness campaigns to educate the public about Thalassemia, its

effects, and prevention through seminars. Founded by Partth Thakur, we are

supported by dedicated volunteers and are generous to build a strong pipeline

of relevant and interested partners to support our strong cause to be in this field so

passionately.

Fundraising Initiatives: Lead efforts to generate funds through CSR

proposals, outreach to corporates, institutions, individual donors and

crowdfunding platforms(understand, absorb and create compelling and

customised proposals)

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and

external stakeholders to manage the deployment of funds and follow

up on proposals.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain efficient documentation

and reporting systems, including Excel proficiency, to track progress

and ensure accountability.

Image Leveraging: Explore and implement strategies to enhance

TWF’s visibility and reputation based on past successes.

Operational Support: Assist in the expansion of TWF’s activities,

including setting up new centers and building community networks

across various cities.

Adaptability: Be ready to perform additional duties as needed to

maintain operational control and support growth initiatives.●

What We Expect From You:

Proven ability to lead and manage projects.

Good hold of MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint, Word)

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent networking capabilities.

A clear understanding of the social sector, with proper clarity about

distinction in NGO and CSR roles.

Master’s degree in any field, with a passion to work for the social

service sector.

1-2 years of experience in the social service sector.

Someone based out of Mumbai, willing to work from the office.
