Operations Lead

As a Regional Coordinator in the Automobile industry, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include: - Onboarding new partner workshops and managing all partner development tasks - Project management for partner development and supervising the operations team - Identifying new Business Development opportunities and forming strategic partnerships - Directing and overseeing regional operations managers, channel partner staff, and vendor relationships - Developing and leading escalations team to ensure target achievement - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through quick resolution of issues and timely activation of partners - Implementing cost management tools and ensuring process adherence - Collaborating with the product team to create internal systems for monitoring operations KPIs - Participating in city launches and understanding Profit & Loss statements The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills: - Experience in general management, consulting, or operations - Background in supply chain, dealer development, or network development is advantageous - Proficiency in stakeholder management and team leadership - Strong vendor management experience - Preferred qualifications include an Engineering or MBA degree from reputable institutes - Desired competencies include problem-solving, analytical skills, and spreadsheet proficiency - Demonstrated initiative and ability to execute tasks effectively Your role as a Regional Coordinator will involve dynamic challenges and opportunities to drive operational excellence and business growth in the Automobile industry.,
