About This Opportunity
Lead Analytics will leverage analysis and UX/UI visualization skills to design, develop, deploy, and maintain standard reporting solutions. They will analyze complex problems, provide effective solutions, and work within set timelines and frameworks. Responsible for quality and compliance with legal, ethical, and information security standards. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify improvements, and deliver solutions. Guide and support team members as needed, while continuously adopting new tools and technologies.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand business processes, identify automation candidates, and define clear and comprehensive requirements.
- Lead the design and architecture of Analytical and Automation solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and in line with industry best practices.
- Ensure adherence to solution architecture guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain good documentation around solutions.
- Continuously improve solution quality and optimize processes in way of working.
- Analyze requirements to derive change request specific requirements/ test scope test strategy/ test environment
- Analyze system wide impacts of requirements on architecture
- Stay informed about ongoing development in the Automation and GenAI area.
- Provide innovative ideas of services and features that could be derived from new or existing opportunities.
- Drive innovation within Automation & Analytics and Gen AI area
- Develop domain specific technical competence, as defined for the individual position.
- Actively share knowledge as an integrated part of the daily work, in order to develop competence
- Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues
- Design, develop, and deploy automated reporting solution.
- Ensure high data quality in the reporting output.
- Work closely with the automation team to automate reporting and analytics processes.
You will bring
- 8 to 15 Years of experience working in the field of Analytics/Automation, Solution designing
- Proven experience Financial Data Modelling and Visualization (UI/UX)
- Expertise in Analytical tools such as SAC, Power BI, Power Automate.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, VBA, Java Script.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient automation and Analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.

Experience
8-15 years of relevant experience in the field of Analytics/Automation, Solution designing, Financial Data Modelling and Visualization (UI/UX), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Analytics and good to have ML/Data science experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in analytics, data science or computer science strongly or have relevant work experience in Automation
