Lead Analytics will leverage analysis and UX/UI visualization skills to design, develop, deploy, and maintain standard reporting solutions. They will analyze complex problems, provide effective solutions, and work within set timelines and frameworks. Responsible for quality and compliance with legal, ethical, and information security standards. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify improvements, and deliver solutions. Guide and support team members as needed, while continuously adopting new tools and technologies.

8-15 years of relevant experience in the field of Analytics/Automation, Solution designing, Financial Data Modelling and Visualization (UI/UX), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Analytics and good to have ML/Data science experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in analytics, data science or computer science strongly or have relevant work experience in Automation

This role is vital in preparing predefined standard and ad-hoc templates, revamping our analytics output, and working closely with our Group Function Finance unit, particularly FCBS. Additionally, it calls for the continuous development and deployment of automated templates and analytics tools such as Tableau and SAC. These initiatives will support our mission of streamlining financial reporting and analytics processes across varying units. The candidate should be geared towards ensuring the maintenance of high data quality in the output, empowering our processes and making a significant impact in our operations. We encourage the proactive collaboration with our automation team and other stakeholders to fully comprehend their requirements.
