Job Description

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Key Account Management, preferably in B2B Service

Position Overview:

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with our strategic clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through account retention and expansion. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, providing tailored solutions based on EXIM data, insights, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Own a portfolio of high-value clients; build deep relationships to understand their business needs and goals.

Client Retention & Growth: Ensure timely renewals, up-sell/cross-sell products, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

Solution Selling: Understand client challenges in the import-export ecosystem and recommend customized data and intelligence tools.

Client Onboarding & Training: Ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts; provide training and support to maximize product adoption.

Performance Reporting: Regularly update clients with reports, insights, and product usage analytics to demonstrate ROI and value.

Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer; coordinate with product and tech teams to improve offerings based on client feedback.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on EXIM trends, market movements, and competitor strategies to provide added value to clients.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or enterprise sales, ideally in data-driven or SaaS-based companies.

Knowledge or exposure to import-export processes, EXIM data, trade analytics, or international logistics is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage large accounts, negotiate contracts, and deliver on revenue targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
