Role & responsibilities 1.To achieve the yearly CGM target by tele sales call with OC Customers. 2.To meet OC customers along with sales and to maintain rapport with them. 3.To Quote rates to customer and to file rates in Tiger. 4.To develop an effective strategy to convert ONECare customers into Key care segment. 5.To clear service now queries then and there to achieve KPI. 6.To Monitor User hold/Standby/Due diligence query bookings and clear the same. 7.To manage vessel and to maximize liftings against each loop where chennai has service. 8.To send forecast for each loop and procure space from IM / Trade. 9.To follow up bookings / non picked units and coordinate with internal teams for vessel planning. 10.To follow up SI / Shipping bills to meet SCMTR regulations. 11.To use Sales Force regularly and meet the given targets.
