Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with our agents & clients in the travel sector. This role is pivotal in driving client profitability, retention, and long-term business growth by aligning client needs with our company’s offerings and ensuring exceptional service delivery Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with top-performing travel agents, corporates, or OTA(Online Travel Agency) partners. Act as the single point of contact for all commercial, operational, and service-related matters. Drive revenue growth by increasing bookings and product adoption across key accounts. Conduct regular business reviews, performance analysis, and growth planning with partners. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, ops, product, support) to deliver on partner expectations. Track key account metrics, resolve escalations promptly, and ensure partner retention. Gather partner feedback and market insights to influence product and process improvements. Ensure timely onboarding, training, and engagement for newly signed accounts. Support in executing partner-led campaigns, offers, and incentive programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales/account management, preferably in the travel industry Strong understanding of travel products (flights, hotels, visas, holidays) and booking tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to multitask and manage high-value relationships under pressure Show more Show less
