Job Description

Role Overview As a Territory Sales Manager, you will represent the brand by driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients in person, and promoting products and services to achieve and surpass sales objectives. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Identify and approach potential clients through various means such as field visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking. - Client Engagement & Relationship Building: - Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience. - Product Promotion & Demonstration: - Showcase and promote products/services effectively, highlighting their value to different customer segments. - Sales Target Achievement: - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively closing deals and following up on leads. - On-Ground Branding Support: - Assist in executing localized marketing campaigns and enhancing brand visibility in the assigned region. - Reporting & CRM Updates: - Maintain updated CRM and sales records with precise client interaction data. - Customer Feedback & Coordination: - Provide customer insights to internal teams for continuous enhancement of products and services. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry. - Proficient in English and Hindi languages. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Problem-solving approach with a customer-centric mindset. - Willingness to travel locally and regionally. - Ownership of a vehicle with a driving license (not mandatory).
