Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sagar for a Territory Sales Manager at nurture.farm. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, driving sales strategies, and achieving targets. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service and training, identifying opportunities for growth, and mentoring and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish strong relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Proven Sales expertise, including the ability to identify opportunities, set and achieve sales targets, and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
  • Experience in Sales Management and leading a team to achieve performance goals and deliver results.
  • Ability to provide Training and support to team members to enhance their skills and drive success in sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and respond to market trends and challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in agriculture, food systems, or related industries is advantageous.

Preference -

Experience in Telecom or FMCG will be preferred.

Compensation-

Salary upto 7LPA + Allowances
