Territory Sales Manager

Locations: Delhi | Noida | Jaipur | Lucknow
Experience: 2+ Years
Education: Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

We are looking for a proactive Territory Sales Manager to drive product-wise and category-wise sales targets, expand channel networks, and strengthen dealer/distributor relationships across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual & monthly sales + collection targets as per ROD plan
  • Ensure monthly sales phasing: 7th (10%) | 14th (25%) | 21st (40%) | Month End (100%)
  • Drive new / focus products and improve premium contribution
  • Execute GTM strategies and monitor channel partner health
  • Expand & manage dealer/distributor networks across town categories
  • Directly manage Top 50 retailers within assigned area
  • Maximize reach through network/width depth (ND/WD) plans
  • Implement channel finance initiatives and sales activations (BTL, CP meets, brand positioning)
