Territory Sales Manager

· Responsible for achieving Primary and secondary sales and outstanding collection from distributors in the assigned region. Driving the sales activities for achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targets

· To ensure product placement, in all the retail, general trade outlets in the assigned territory.

· To achieve budgeted sales in the assigned territory, Responsible for collection as per the credit policy framed by the company.

· Achieve monthly payment collection target

· To monitor outlet wise sales of the assigned territory and to take corrective steps to arrest any fall in sales.

· Ensure no stock is going above 30 days ageing band

· Make immediate remedial actions to liquidate if any stock is slow moving or not moving.

· Drive the sales of new articles separately to ensure 25% sales are coming through the same.

· Dealer appointment by studying the market potential and geographical areas to achieve the desired goal.

· Leverage New Product Launch or Consumer Promos, track & review performance of new products / schemes.
