Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will represent our brand and play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer connections within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities include discovering new business prospects, engaging with clients in person, and advocating for our products and services to achieve and surpass sales objectives. You will begin by generating leads and seeking out potential clients through a variety of methods such as field visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking. This will be followed by nurturing client relationships to establish and sustain positive interactions. Your role will also involve showcasing our products/services, highlighting their value to diverse customer segments. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive deal closures and lead follow-ups will be essential. Additionally, you will support on-ground branding efforts by participating in localized marketing campaigns to enhance our presence in the designated region. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and updating the CRM system will be a critical aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for sharing customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous enhancements in our products and services. To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry. Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages is required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A problem-solving mindset coupled with a customer-centric approach is essential. The role may necessitate local or regional travel; however, owning a vehicle and possessing a driving license, though beneficial, are not mandatory.,
