Role Summary We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing relationships with visa service providers, third-party agencies, and embassy facilitation partners. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and external suppliers to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality visa processing services. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with visa suppliers, agents, and embassy partners. Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand service coverage and capabilities. Negotiate contracts and ensure they meet business goals and compliance standards. Monitor supplier performance, enforce service level agreements (SLAs), and make sure they meet agreed service levels. Handle issues and escalations quickly by working with internal teams and suppliers. Keep accurate records of contracts, pricing, and performance reports. Work closely with visa ops, customer service, finance, and legal teams for smooth coordination. Handle escalations and act as a key point of contact between Tryvisa and customers. Stay updated on visa rules, embassy processes, and market trends.
