Manage day-to-day operations and performance for key marketplace accounts (Nykaa,
Purplle, Tira, etc.).
Own the P&L for respective platforms and drive revenue targets.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of product listings, pricing, content, and promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, design, marketing, finance, and logistics) to
ensure alignment and efficiency.
Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and key metrics to optimize strategy and
performance.
Identify growth opportunities, execute marketing collaborations, and negotiate platform
visibility.
Maintain strong relationships with account managers on partner platforms to secure brand
placements and support.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in the beauty or
consumer goods sector.
Strong understanding of how marketplaces like Nykaa, Purplle, Meesho, or Tira operate.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for beauty and personal care
