Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with school management (Principals, Correspondents, Coordinators).
  • Drive

    renewals and ensure 100% timely fee collections

    from existing schools.
  • Identify opportunities for

    upselling and cross-selling

    additional programs, workshops, and products to existing partner schools.
  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for all school accounts, ensuring smooth issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Track account health, engagement levels, and proactively address concerns to improve retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Implementation, Academics, Operations) to deliver value to schools.
  • Maintain detailed MIS/reports on renewals, collections, upsell opportunities, and overall account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience

    in Account Management, Client Relations, or Sales (preferably EdTech/Education industry).
  • Strong track record of achieving

    renewals, collections, and upselling/cross-selling targets

    .
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage client escalations professionally.
  • Willingness to travel locally for school visits.
