Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers at key schools.
• Account Growth: Drive registrations by on boarding new schools and increasing participation from existing schools through targeted engagement strategies.
• Customized Support: Provide tailored solutions and support to schools to ensure smooth implementation of SOF Olympiads and programs.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor registration trends, school engagement, and feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Problem Resolution: Address concerns raised by schools, coordinating with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about educational trends, competitor activities, and school needs to refine engagement strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on school performance, engagement activities, and outcomes for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handling international key account management, client engagement, or a similar role, ideally in the education sector with 3-7 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Understanding of the education system and prior experience working with schools is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
