Job Description

Develop and plan sales strategies to grow revenues, improve coverage, better penetration and enhance competitive position.
Customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention, control churn.
Increase the customer base through acquisition in new accounts, as well as a deeper penetration in existing accounts.
Set goals and targets for the Sales and monitor the performance of the teaM
Responsible for all customer communication for the enterprise group.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads i e new clients
Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service,explore and identify all their needs.
To establish / build long term efficient relationship with clients in targeted market.
He/She would be responsible for prospecting, establishing contact, pitching product through video conferencing, negotiating and closing the sale.
Work cross functionally with marketing and engineering teams to drive incremental revenue.
Share sales and support feedback to guide the development of new features products
Comprehensive utilization of use of sales tools such as LinkedIn, Hoovers and other tools to research opportunities.
Make the clients interested in the product services by explaining the entire benefits
Build long term relationship with the client.
Have to do joint sales with channel partners.

Requirements:

2-6 yrs of relevant industry experience.
Experience in SaaS companies is a big plus.
Skilled in strategic thinking with ability to forecast accurately.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language and articulate complex technical ideas.
Qualification B Tech / MBA with relevant work experience.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required as well as proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Willing to work in dynamic environment with aggressive targets.
Ability to do multi-task.
Willing to travel.
