LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist. Position Overview. We are seeking a highly motivated LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach strategies to identify, connect with, and qualify high-value prospects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building targeted lead lists, running personalized outreach campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline growth.. Key Responsibilities. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, research, and qualify potential leads within defined target markets.. Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).. Run personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, InMails, follow-ups).. Nurture relationships with prospects and book qualified meetings/appointments for the sales team.. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (response rates, connection rates, conversions).. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies.. Stay updated with LinkedIns algorithm, new features, and best practices for maximum visibility and engagement.. Required Skills & Experience. Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation (minimum 23 years).. Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory).. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification methods.. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).. Experience in writing personalized outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, etc).. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. Ability to meet and exceed lead generation KPIs and targets.. Nice-to-Have Skills. Knowledge of email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach.io, Lemlist, Reply.io).. Experience in multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calling).. Understanding of different industries and ability to adapt messaging accordingly.. Prior experience in SaaS, IT Services, or B2B consulting industries.. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Number of qualified leads generated per month.. Connection acceptance rate and response rate..
