Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute LinkedIn lead-generation strategies to target US physicians, practice managers, and healthcare groups
Conduct daily outreach using LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator, and relevant tools
Build meaningful organic conversations - no spam messaging, strictly value-driven outreach
Manage posting schedules, optimize content timing, and report engagement insights
Support email campaign execution (email marketing experience is a plus)
Maintain CRM records for outreach performance, follow-ups, and conversions
Regular coordination with the Web Marketing Manager for strategy alignment

Required Skills & Experience

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation
Proven track record in generating organic, high-quality leads
Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm, content optimization, and engagement strategy
Ability to research, segment, and target niche audiences (healthcare/RCM preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills and ability to write professional outreach messages
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools) is a strong plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment
