The details are as follows: Profile: Business Development Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Week Off: Fixed Sat and Sun Shift Timing: USA Shift; 5 days working Job Description Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold callingUnderstand customer requirements and present suitable solutions from our Healthcare services portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in US Healthcare or IT sales.Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. A Skilled professional in Business Expansion, planning strategies, Client Relationship and achieving targets with superior communication, negotiation and multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people across Globe.
