This is a full-time on-site role for an IT & Admin Executive located in Pune. The IT & Admin Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing network administration, and overseeing IT operations. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring system functionality, managing software updates, and supporting administrative tasks related to IT infrastructure.

Provide first-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, network, email, etc.)
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
Monitor and respond to support tickets and service requests
Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet issues)
Help maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset tracking
Assist with data backup processes and antivirus updates
Learn and support Windows OS, MS Office, and basic IT security protocols
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field
