IT & Admin Executive

Position: IT & Document Controller Executive
Location: Gurgaon (Head Office)

Responsibilities:

• Collect, scan, and upload documents in line with established procedures.
• Maintain and register all technical documents (reports, drawings, blueprints, etc.) in the system.
• Utilize SmartSolve Document Management for daily operations, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure personnel are notified of updated document versions and provide guidance on access.
• Print and distribute documents as required.
• Collaborate with various departments—including HR, Finance, and Management—for document and record handling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in managing and configuring Internet/Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN systems, printers, and other IT-related setups.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with SmartSolve Document Management and document/image capture systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong technical skills with expertise in network management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with document management systems and version control tools.
• Awareness of data protection regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
