IT & Admin Executive

We are hiring for “IT SUPPORT & Admin Executive” position in our esteemed organization. The details are as follows:

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra
• Job Type: Full-time
• Week Off: Fixed Sat and Sun
• Shift Timing: Shift; 12:00 PM- 09:00 PM

Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, network, email, etc.)
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
• Monitor and respond to support tickets and service requests
• Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet issues)
• Help maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset tracking
• Assist with data backup processes and antivirus updates
• Learn and support Windows OS, MS Office, and basic IT security protocols
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,805.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
