Profile: Business Development Executive/Manager

Location: Pune, Maharashtra 

Job Type: Full-time 

Week Off: Fixed Sat and Sun 

Shift Timing: USA Shift; 5 days working

Job Description 

• Generate leads through cold calling
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions from our Healthcare services portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-14 years of experience in US Healthcare or IT sales.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
