As a Director of Operations at our company in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing various core business functions such as operations, finance, HR, and recruitment. Your experience and expertise will drive efficiency across departments and support the overall growth of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflows and collaboration among teams. - Review and enhance processes to boost efficiency and cut down costs effectively. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the health of the business. - Implement digital tools and automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity. - Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. - Monitor expenses closely to identify opportunities for cost savings. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and facilitate audits. - Manage HR functions including employee policies, performance evaluations, and training programs. - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding. - Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. - Assist the business in operational strategies and coordination between departments. - Manage vendor and partner relationships effectively. - Mentor managers and team members to enhance leadership skills and execution. - Reduce process turnaround times and achieve on-time delivery of internal projects. - Implement process improvement initiatives on a quarterly basis. - Maintain operating costs within the approved budget and improve cost savings without compromising quality. - Ensure 100% compliance with financial audits and reporting standards. - Reduce average time-to-hire and ensure completion of annual performance reviews and training programs. - Align departmental goals with company objectives through quarterly reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in operations with exposure to finance and HR. - Strong understanding of business processes and best practices. - Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and recruitment. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Hands-on approach, adaptability, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
