Your experience and expertise will drive efficiency across departments and support the overall growth of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflows and collaboration among teams. - Review and enhance processes to boost efficiency and cut down costs effectively. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the health of the business. - Implement digital tools and automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity. - Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. - Monitor expenses closely to identify opportunities for cost savings. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and facilitate audits. - Manage HR functions including employee policies, performance evaluations, and training programs. - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding. - Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. - Assist the business in operational strategies and coordination between departments. - Manage vendor and partner relationships effectively. - Mentor managers and team members to enhance leadership skills and execution. - Reduce process turnaround times and achieve on-time delivery of internal projects. - Implement process improvement initiatives on a quarterly basis. - Maintain operating costs within the approved budget and improve cost savings without compromising quality. - Ensure 100% compliance with financial audits and reporting standards. - Reduce average time-to-hire and ensure completion of annual performance reviews and training programs. - Align departmental goals with company objectives through quarterly reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in operations with exposure to finance and HR. - Strong understanding of business processes and best practices. - Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and recruitment. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Hands-on approach, adaptability, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
